TAPAS

1. BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND OAT BOMBS

Roasted butternut squash mixed with sauteed vegetables, seasonings, herbs, and oats. Topped with Romesco sauce.  

2. GRILLED PEAR AND BLEU CHEESE BRUSCHETTA

Grilled pears mixed with smoked honey, red onions, and fresh basil. Topped with crumbled bleu cheese and balsamic reduction. Served with crostini’s.

3. THAI PEANUT CHICKEN SATAYS

Seasoned chicken skewers coated in a Thai peanut sauce, topped with crushed peanuts and green onions.

4. ASIAN STYLE MEATBALLS

Baked meatballs tossed in a ginger soy glaze, topped with toasted sesame seeds, green onions, and crispy wontons.

5. CAPRESE SALAD SKEWERS

Grape tomatoes, fresh basil, and bocconcini on a skewer, topped with balsamic reduction.

6. SMOKED SALMON “CROSTINIS”

Smoked salmon lox on a cucumber “crostini” with a whipped lemon, garlic, and dill cream cheese.

7. VEGETABLE FRITTERS

Zucchini, carrot, onions, peppers, seasonings, and herbs. Topped with a kale pesto.

8. PORK BABY BACK RIB BITES

Fall off the bone baby back ribs, tossed in kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper, topped with a drizzle of Jack Daniels BBQ sauce.

9. BRISKET AND WHITE CHEDDAR CROQUETTES

Pulled brisket mixed with aged white cheddar mashed potatoes, coated in a crispy panko crumb mixture.

10. CARAMELIZED ONION AND BACON JAM PASTRY

Caramelized onion puree and whiskey bacon jam baked in the middle of puff pastry.
